Colorado Springs Utilities said that it contracted with Sigler Communications, a Denver PR firm, through a no-bid contract to more “efficiently manage the resources and costs required to obtain the final permitting for the project (SDS),  as well as to support land acquisition efforts.”

But it was also tasked to help craft messages, as well as message consistency for the Southern Delivery System, a 62-mile pipeline that will cost ratepayers $4 billion or more in the decades to come. You can read the entire contract here by clicking on the link:Sigler Contract.
